Cooling-off Period
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided we have not commenced custom design work at your request.
During the Initial 12-Month Term
Your website plan is a 12-month minimum contract. Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed (or if work has commenced):
- You cannot cancel the payments early without settling the remainder of the term.
- If you wish to terminate the service within the first 12 months, the remaining balance for the full year becomes immediately due and payable.
- No refunds are offered for any monthly payments already made.
After the 12-Month Term (Rolling Contract)
After the initial 12-month period, your contract automatically converts to a rolling monthly agreement. At this stage:
- You may cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice.
- Your final payment will cover this notice period.
- Upon cancellation, your website hosting will cease and the site will be taken offline.
