These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. Pay Monthly Webs is a trading name of PAYGwebsites. By signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide website design and hosting services on a "Website as a Service" (WaaS) subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe by our parent company, PAYGwebsites.
3.1 The Website: This service is a rental agreement. Pay Monthly Webs retains full and exclusive ownership of the website design, code, plugins, structure, and server environment at all times. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for as long as your monthly subscription is active.
3.2 Non-Transferable: The website cannot be transferred to another hosting provider, exported, or purchased outright. If you leave our service, the website design remains our intellectual property and will be taken offline.
3.3 Your Content: You retain full ownership of the text, images, and branding assets you provide to us, as well as the domain name (if registered in your name).
You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice.
If you cancel within the initial 12-month term: The remaining balance for the term is due immediately.
After the initial 12-month term: You may cancel with 30 days' notice with no exit fees.
Upon cancellation, the license to use the website is revoked, and the site will be permanently taken offline.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of business resulting from downtime.
